Very useful, practical information and some excellent interviews by various wonderful designers. Not everything the designers say is particularly insightful, but overall, their information is invaluable: note that most of them say the same thing when it comes to potential employees: SOFT SKILLS. This is well emphasized throughout the book and with good reason. Soft skills are considered by many to be the most important thing in deciding which candidate will be selected for employment. If anyone reading this is unclear what soft skills are, pick up the book, or more quickly, google it. This is very handy information to know.Recommend read not just for designers - has some really insightful interview tips and really makes one appreciate the various design disciplines.
