Good photography of a wide range of very cool steampunk gear. What really sold me are the sections in the back of the book that give a DIY'er like me detailed info on creating some of the gear. We're not talking just glueing various pieces of junk together and calling it 'steampunk' either. This is a translation from an original Japanese publication that goes well beyond casual construction into making your own camera-like irises out of thin pieces of metal, home anodizing and unusual methods of photo ageing and more.
